RFR: 8008783 JPRT target updates

Why is this entry "${jprt.my.linux.armvh}-{product|fastdebug}"

and not 

${jprt.my.linux.armvfphflt}-{product|fastdebug}

Why can't you treat embedded and non embedded architecture names the same and
just append Emb for embedded specific targets?
