vote: veto

Justifications:
1. A significant number of the changesets were bugtails or cleanups from code reviews
2. Not yet taking responsibility for quality of the testing and of the product

A note - according to the bylaws you can vote multiple times, and your last
vote is the one that is counted

thanks,
Karen
