CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Erik Helin

I hereby nominate Erik Helin (OpenJDK user name: ehelin) to Membership 
in the HotSpot Group.

Erik is an Oracle engineer, working for the GC team. He has been working 
in the HotSpot team since 2012. Erik is a Committer in the HotSpot 
project and has currently contributed 31 changes.
