CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Jesper Wilhelmsson

I hereby nominate Jesper Wilhelmsson (OpenJDK user name: ehelin) to 
Membership in the HotSpot Group.

Jesper is an Oracle engineer, working for the GC team. He has been 
working in the HotSpot team since 2010. Jesper is a Committer in the 
HotSpot project and has currently contributed 14 changes.
