CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Thomas Schatzl

I hereby nominate Thomas Schatzl (OpenJDK user name:tschatzl) to 
Membership in the HotSpot Group.

Thomas is an Oracle engineer, working for the GC team. He has been 
working in the HotSpot team since early 2013. Thomas is a Committer in 
the HotSpot project and has currently contributed 28 changes.
