CFV: New hsx Committer: Eric McCorkle

I hereby nominate Eric McCorkle (openjdk username: emc ) to be an OpenJDK hsx
[0] Committer [1].

Eric McCorkle joined the langtools team over a year ago and in addition to the work
he has contributed to the jdk, has been a significant contributor to the hotspot team.
Specifically, he added the Method Parameter Annotations, including reflection, serviceability
agent and redefineclasses support. He also has done some work in jni and jvm
interfaces.

In addition, Eric has been extremely helpful with the lambda default methods effort.

Votes are due Thursday December 3rd at 19:00:00 UTC (two week voting period).

Only current hsx Committers [0]  are eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes
must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
