RFR (XL): 8023034: PPC64 (part 14): Implement AIX/PPC64 support in HotSpot makefiles

Hi all (sorry, the first mail was only sent to ppc-aix-port-dev),

this webrev contains the necessary Makefiles for building the HotSpot on AIX:

Most of the files are based on their corresponding Linux counterparts.

Notice that although this RFR is flagged 'XL', the changes to shared
code are really tiny and only in make/defs.make where AIX is added to
the chain of not-Windows platforms.

Of course the build itself will be possible only after the next change
("8023038: PPC64 (part 15): Platform files for AIX/PPC64 support")
which will finally introduce the AIX platform source files. So not
much to test here - just read and enjoy:)
