RFR(XS): 8024677 - [TESTBUG] Move tests for classes in /testlibrary

Hi,

 

This change simply moves the jtreg tests for the classes in testlibrary out
of testlibrary. I've updated TEST.groups to add the new directory but kept
testlibrary in there since the CTW tests are still there.

 

Change has been verified by running the tests in the new location locally on
my machine.
