CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Niclas Adlertz

I hereby nominate Niclas Adlertz (OpenJDK user name: adlertz) to Membership in the hotspot Group.

Niclas is an Oracle engineer, currently in the compiler team, and has been working on HotSpot for a year. He is a Commiter for the hsx Project and has contributed more than 19 HotSpot changes already, primarily relating to the server compiler register allocator.

Votes are due by Friday, October 4, 2013.

Only current Members of the hotspot Group [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
