[8u40] Backport RFR (L) 8035605 and 8035968: C2 support for SHA on SPARC

8u40 backport request.  Changes were pushed two months ago into jdk9, no 
problems were found since then.

The only few modifications I have to do is due to 8034812 changes which 
removed Compile* argument from Node::new() in jdk9. And 8026796 which 
removed 'Parse* parent_parser' argument and is not backported into 8u yet.
