I just copied the code from the other attach test in the same directory 
test/serviceability/attach/AttachWithStalePidFile.java, but I can update 
my test if you want to.

The target process is destroyed, so the test "only" takes ~18 seconds 
with a product build, of which 3 x 5 seconds are the sleep you mention 
above.
