RFR(M): 8066964: ppc64: argument and return type profiling, fix problem with popframe

Hi,

I please need reviews for this change.

This patch adds the ppc implementation for argument and return type profiling, and fixes a problem with popframe.
Besides that, it contains a row of minor improvements, e.g. to pass some hotspot jtreg tests.

The change is ppc/aix only.  I would like to get it to jdk8u60 or 40.
