RFR: 8065279 - Remove testlibrary_tests from compact profile in jtreg

As far as i know, of all sqe teams, groups mechanism is used by embedded 
sqe only(most of embedded machines are very slow, so, execution time 
reduction is important  there).
SE teams runs all tests as a whole( jteg -jdk:$JAVA_HOME 
${WS}/hotspot/test/.) including testlibrary_tests
