Please, delay changes to hotspot/test/testlibrary/whitebox files (they are not there)

testlibrary/whitebox was moved to top repository in hs-comp forest:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/hs-comp/hotspot/rev/eba1bd212c02

It created conflict with 8047290 changes and other issues which 
prevented the sync from hs-comp/ to hs/. We are working on resolving 
this and will do merge into main hs/ after it is solved.

If you don't want to go through the same problems, please, delay changes 
to whitebox tests until current problems are resolved and fixes are 
synced into all hotspot repos.
