RFR(S) 8067985: merging hs-comp to hs blocked by some tests not updated in 8054892

Formal request for changes I pushed to pass JPRT job which syncs jdk9/hs 
and jdk9/hs-comp.

Fixed hotspot/test/gc/arguments/TestSurvivorAlignmentInBytesOption.java 
to use changed by 8054892 CommandLineOptionTest methods.
Also fixed tests to use new location of WhiteBox testlib.
