OpenJDK9 build failure

Hi,
The ptrace issue has been fixed:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8046408
but it is in the hs-gc forest and not yet propagated up to jdk9/dev.
I don't think the format error has been reported yet.
