RFR: 8036863: Update jdk7 testlibrary to match jdk8 in hotspot

Please review this change to update hotspot part of testlibrary in jdk7.

It updates testlibrary with new apis from jdk8's testlibrary.

Every test in open part of hotspot that uses testlibrary and was working 
fine before update still works after update.
