You might want to include the tests in \test\testlibrary_tests as well. Otherwise it looks good.

Please review this change to update hotspot part of testlibrary in jdk7.

It updates testlibrary with new apis from jdk8's testlibrary.

Every test in open part of hotspot that uses testlibrary and was working fine before update still works after update.
