Do we plan to get rid of LinuxThreads support anytime soon?

LinuxThreads is "dead". We do not support it at all and have not for a 
long time. IIRC some LinuxThreads code has been removed in places when 
other changes have occurred. There was a big clean up of this slated but 
I don't know what happened to it - I guess adding new features took 
priority. :(
