RFR (simple) 8068352: Move virtualspace.* out of src/share/vm/runtime to memory directory

This saves me 6 backspaces every time I try to edit this file.

Tested with no precompiled headers (my default now) and JPRT.
I'll update the copyrights when I commit the changes.
