Review request for the removal of command line option 
-XX:+/-Use486InstrsOnly.

Summary: The code supporting -XX:+/-Use486InstrsOnly was removed. This 
option is obsolete, and not maintained in Hotspot.
ACCCrequest has been finalized for this change 
(http://ccc.us.oracle.com/6808665 <http://ccc.us.oracle.com/8098791>).

Tested with jprt, verified with java -XX:+/-Use486InstrsOnly -version.
