8074457: Remove the non-Zero CPP Interpreter

You have to install libffi to some typical place, and you can't use 
devkits (because liffi location and devkits conflict).

bash configure --with-debug-level=slowdebug --with-boot-jdk=$boot 
--disable-precompiled-headers --disable-zip-debug-info 
--enable-deploy=no --enable-installer=no --with-jvm-variants=zero 
--with-target-bits=64 --disable-jfr --disable-warnings-as-errors

where $boot is a jdk8 bootstrap binary.  I have a couple extra configure 
options that you don't need.
