[9] RFR (VS) 8073167: Undo change to -retain argument in hotspot/test/Makefile

Can I get a quick review of this please. My commit yesterday for 
JDK-8054888 included a minor makefile change that was just there for 
debugging and wasn't suppose to be part of the commit. See
