Changes are fine and I think you can push it. Nothing in JPRT queue is pushing into 8u.
Note, your changes are based on different repository from what we use to push Hotspot into 8u. We use:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/hs-dev/hotspot/

Alejandro will promoted changes into /jdk8u/jdk8u-dev/hotspot after testing.

But may be you have agreement with Alejandro where to push. Ignore me then.
