[8u65] Request for approval: backport of JDK-8007890

Hi David,

It is too late for 8u60, I guess. So I decided to fix it in 8u65. And in 
this case it should be jdk8u-cpu repository.

Maybe it is possible to target to 8u66? To which repository can I push 
it in this case (considering that jdk8u/hs-dev is not accepting any change)?
