HEADS UP: jdk8u/hs-dev repo

I took the last snapshot out of jdk8u/hs-dev (hs25.66-b03) and
requested to change the repo to  read-only mode.

I don't think there's any pending hotspot change for 8u66,
but if something comes up, please push that to [1], following
the guidelines described in [2].

Remember that 8u66 enters RDP2 this coming Tuesday
