New bug blocking push to main this week

Hi,

Just a heads up,

There is a new bug in jdk9/hs-rt that is blocking a potential push to jdk9/hs 
this week:

We also have the bug from last week that is still open:

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8087153


These two needs to get fixed or backed out before the Wednesday nightly starts 
tomorrow.
