RFR (XS): 8129518: Remove ParOldGC tests from the jprt hotspot testset

Even with this change we still have ParallelGC tests explicitly listed, 
as well as G1, SerialGC and CMS. So no matter what the actual default is 
we will still run the ParallelGC tests, and therefore UseParallelOldGC 
since that's the default with Parallel. I believe that's reasonable in 
order to get some basic coverage of the major GCs.
