RFR (XS): 8078399: Deprecate -Xoss, -Xsqnopause, -Xoptimize and -Xboundthreads options in JDK 9

Dmitry,  This code looks good to me.  Thank you for doing this.

I think you can't add them to the array

static ObsoleteFlag obsolete_jvm_flags[] = {

because it's only XX flags that this parses.
