RFR (XS): 8129615: Remove jbb from jprt hotspot testset

Once upon a time SPECjbb2000 was used to drive total world domination in 
Java land. However, it is not really a very efficient test - neither in 
what it exercises, nor in the problems it finds. We should remove it 
from the jprt hotspot testset to make room for better, more efficient tests.
