Hold any pushes to jdk9/hs-gc

Hi,

There are two regressions in hs-gc that needs to be fixed today before we can 
push hs-gc to main. There are important fixes in hs-gc that needs to get in to 
main asap.

Therefore, please hold any pushes to jdk9/hs-gc until these two regressions have 
been fixed.
