No integration of hs-rt to main this week

Hi,

The integration blockers has been overlapping throughout the week. In total four 
blockers has been involved. The two from last week was fixed but another blocker 
(JDK-8138832) was stopping the Tuesday snapshot. This turned out to actually be 
a good thing since a new bug was found yesterday in one of the changes from last 
week. This bug (JDK-8138717) is now a blocker.

The last blocker is being fixed today and I will take a snapshot tonight. If 
this snapshot looks good in the Thursday and Friday nightlies I will push this 
to main on Monday.

So, we will miss the integration today but at least we will try to get something 
into main asap.
