RFR(XS): 8140243 - [TESTBUG] Exclude compiler/jvmci/compilerToVM/GetConstantPoolTest.java

Hi everyone,

 

Please review this small change that adds @ignore to
compiler/jvmci/compilerToVM/GetConstantPoolTest.java , this test currently
crashes (tracked by https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8139385 ), is
causing noise in our nightly testing and should be excluded until there is a
fix available for the issue.
