RFR(XS): JDK-8153410 - Disable tests until JDK-8151460 gets to main

Hi,

Could I have a quick review for this fix to quarantine two tests.

The tests are broken and are failing in PIT. The fix for the tests was pushed to 
hs-rt so we need to quarantine the tests in main until the testfix can be 
integrated to main.
