CFV: New hotspot Group Member: Christian Tornqvist

I hereby nominate Christian Tornqvist (OpenJDK user name: ctornqvi) to 
Membership in the hotspot Group.

Christian is an Oracle engineer, and is lead for the Hotspot runtime SQE 
team. He has been working in the HotSpot team since 2011. Christian is a 
Reviewer in the JDK9 project.

Votes are due by Monday, April 25, 2016 at 12:00PM ET.

Only current Members of the hotspot Group [1] are eligible to vote on 
this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
