RFR 8145964: NoClassDefFound error in transforming lambdas

Summary: Skip VM anonymous classes in retransformation and give an error 
for redefinition.

Contributed by Tom Rodriguez.

Tested with redefinition colocated tests (tonga) and 
java/lang/instrument tests, and added test case.
