jdk9/hs will close tonight

Hi,

To allow for the jdk9/hs repository to stabilize before we need to 
integrate up this Friday, we will close hs for any and all changes not 
explicitly approved.

We close tonight when the nightly snapshot is being taken, at 7 pm PT.

This concerns all code that is being tested and released by Oracle. 
Platform specific code that is not maintained by Oracle is not affected 
by this lock-down.

We expect to open hs again after the integration snapshot has been taken 
this weekend or early next week.
