jdk9/hs-rt is CLOSED due to stabilization effort

In an effort to clear the integration_blocker bugs that apply to
Alejandro's 2016.01.14 snapshot, I'm pushing the following fix to
JDK9-hs right now:

JDK-8147629 quarantine tests failing in 2016.01.14 PIT snapshot
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8147629

This should take care of the current integration_blockers that
apply to Alejandro's 2016.01.14 snapshot. This does not address
the integration_blockers that apply to JDK9-hs-rt.
