RFR(s): JDK-8147791 - Reenable tests that was temporarily quarantined in jdk9/hs

Hi,

Please review this trivial change to re-enable the tests that was quarantined in 
main yesterday. The quarantining change has been pulled into hs-rt and we want 
to enable the tests again since the fixes for the original bugs are already in 
hs-rt.
