Current status of hs-rt

Hi,

We are currently hoping for the Thursday snapshot to be the one. The Thursday 
nightly hasn't finished yet but so far it looks OK. Right now there are two 
questions that needs to be resolved regarding this nightly. New failures may 
still show up.

1. One new bug was filed, JDK-8148052. Is this a blocker or not?

2. Is stressHierarchy003 in the GC baseline a known failure or a new one?

Plus the big question that is still under investigation; Is JDK-8147865 a 
blocker or not.

If the answer to these questions are [not, known, not], and the Friday nightly 
shows no surprises, we are good to integrate to main and open hs-rt for normal 
business on Monday.
