hs-rt is now OPEN

I was a bit trigger happy on that mail.

Since the first push to hs-rt was to bring in a huge pile of changes from main, 
and since we have had stability issues with changes coming from main recently it 
was decided to let these get a nightly before we start adding our own changes.

So, the build used for the nightly is picked around 6-7pm PT. Once that is done 
the gates are open.
