hs-rt is temporarily CLOSED

Hi,

I'm about to integrate the Jigsaw changes into hs-rt and since there is a big 
risk of merge conflicts I'd prefer not to have JPRT automerge anything in the 
end of my push job.

There are currently three jobs in the queue for hs-rt:

2016-03-23-115857.cphillim.jdk9-refactor
2016-03-23-142028.hseigel.bug_8140665
2016-03-23-135707.dms.hs-rt

I'll let these run and then I'll merge and push the changes from main.

Any new push jobs started before the integration will be killed.
