Hi Jesper,

thanks for the prompt response.

I have "8166801: [s390] Add jvm.cfg file for Linux/s390x" in the queue:

which shouldn't do any harm to anybody :)

If you don't mind, I'd like to push it to jdk9/hs/jdk before I'm
leaving until next week.
