Could you be the sponsor for that tiny change?

It's related to what we've discussed here:

I understand that is ok to get pushed even after rampdown phase 1, as per
Mark's Process proposal:

"P4-P5 bugs should, in general, be left to future releases unless they only
affect documentation, demos, or tests, in which case they should be identified
as such with the 'noreg-doc', 'noreg-demo', and 'noreg-self' labels,
respectively"

Thus I labeled that change as "noreg-self".

Is my understanding correct?
