The current process of forward porting all changes from 9 to 10 means that if this
should be in 9 any time soon then we should push there first, after going through
the RDP2 approval process.  It feels kind of late for that.  I’m guessing that at some
point we’ll switch to a more normal push to 10 and backport to 9 process.  How
urgent is it to get this to 9?  Like, if you (Andrew) want that to happen soon, how
about you doing the request and justification? We can hold off the push until it’s
decided where it should go…
