RFR(XS): 8187280: Remove unused methods from StubQueue

Hi,

this somehow got lost and you boss is now urging me to finish it
before Ramp Down Phase 1 :)

I've rebased it upon the current version of jdk/hs:

http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~simonis/webrevs/2017/8187280.v2/

Besides the usual directory shuffling because of the repo
consolidation, the change is still the same.

Can somebody please sponsor this?
