RFR: 8201480: ISA/CPU feature detection code crashes on linux-sparc

Hi!

Please review this small change which fixes a crash on linux-sparc
in the ISA/CPU feature detection code [1].

The change can be found in [2] and affects Hotspot on linux-sparc
only as the change is specific to this target. It does not affect
Zero.
