RFR (M) 8201505: Use WeakHandle for ProtectionDomainCacheTable and ResolvedMethodTable

8193524: Redefining a method that removes use of 1 or more lambda 
expressions causes the JVM to hang
Summary: Remove oop pointers from runtime data structures and fix 
missing next assignment.

Also, this contains a fix for 
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8193524 (forgotten next pointer 
assignment) because I changed that function 3 lines up, and tests 
contributed by Lois.

Tested with mach5 tier1-5.
