Bug Report: ConstantPool vs constantPool

Hi Adam,

I'm curious what error you have seen as we don't seem to see it (though 
perhaps we haven't looked closely enough). For me my Windows repo 
already merges the two into a single ConstantPool directory.

I'm surprised Mercurial doesn't complain about it when cloning.

Still needs fixing of course.
