Bug Report: ConstantPool vs constantPool

Hi David, John,
There is no error message. The specific problem I'm seeing is when
I view the OpenJDK source in Eclipse. We test our changes locally
using a GIT repository to record progress and share fixes. When I
check out the "Unstaged changes" view, a fresh clone shows a
set of changes whereby it thinks a bunch of the constant pool files
got moved into the other folder, because it can't understand two folders
on windows with the same paths but different names.
This blocks a bunch of functionality, as these "changes" can't be ignored,
either via the ignore file or the ignore case git environment variable.
Best Regards
Adam Farley

already merges the two into a single ConstantPool directory.
